The aluminum finished, die cast threaded stem mounts from the backside and the Chrome plated Spinner truly spins on to the stem. We designed it to have a few threads showing for a more authentic appearance like the ones used on some of the original Shelby AC Cobras and European High Performance cars of the 1960's. A set screw is included to prevent loss.;
